Senator Rieger, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on SENATE BILL NO. 7 "An Act relating to reimbursement of                      
school construction debt; and providing for an effective date."                
Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being             
no further objections, it was so ordered.                                      
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 7 was referred to the Finance Committee.
